Vision Therapy
The Vision Therapy Assessment Process
A functional binocular vision assessment identifies exactly what ocular dysfunctions you have.
Testing takes about 2 hours, sometimes longer depending on how weak the binocular system is. We book 1-hour slots, so assessment usually involves multiple visits.

After Your Assessment
Dr. Maureen provides a detailed report explaining the findings and what they mean, along with a welcome package and a proposed therapy duration. Treatment is individualized, one-on-one, in weekly sessions with our trained vision therapists and doctor, plus 15–20 minutes of daily homework between sessions.
Every program's length depends on the patient. Programs typically run 20 weeks to a year or more, depending on the severity of the problem, the patient's goals, age, and their commitment and participation level. Vision therapy isn't a set of activities you complete; the more actively involved you are, the more it becomes part of you.
